Stress and anxiety can exploit your happy life. They cause mental pain, which dominates your growth. Sometimes it’s hard to deal with stress and anxiety. Most people suffer because of this stress and anxiety. The good news is you can handle stress and anxiety.

Here are my 5 ways to deal with stress and anxiety.

Share your emotions and feelings with the people you trust.

One of the best ways to release stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions is to share them with those you trust. Talking about your feelings openly can help you process them and make sure they don’t linger negatively in your mind.

This can be especially beneficial if you find it hard to talk about your problems or if you’re hesitant to express yourself emotionally. Talking with people you trust can also help build relationships that are supportive and positive.

Go for a walk/exercise.

Physical activity will help you release stress. It will better your mood. Try to go for a walk in the early morning or the evening when it's peaceful and where it’s peaceful. Try spending time in nature or greenery.

Note: Don’t overdo it and cause strain on your body.

Get away from everything and every one and do what you love.

Maybe singing, dancing or playing a musical instrument or anything you love doing.

Move away from regular places and people. It helps your mind get into a new state. Now do things that you love. Go for an adventure or go for a hike or play a musical instrument. Just dance or sing. Just do something you love the most and forget your surroundings for a while.

Meditation (inhale and exhale) (deep breaths)

Many people don’t see meditation as a working process. But it works like a charm when regularly done. Meditation is all about controlling your breath. Our breath changes differently in different situations.

When you are angry, observe your breath. When you are excited, observe your breath. When you are scared, observe your breath. Your breath is changing in all these situations. You will be able to deal with stress easily when you control your breath.

Traveling to new places is great medicine for your mind.

It opens the gates to a newer perspective of life. It also helps you understand how weak your stress is. It helps you meet new people and make some wonderful connections.

Traveling also helps you create new, wonderful experiences. These experiences can fill you with joy and wisdom. Traveling helps you understand and learn more about people and the world.

Some of these are temporary ways, but if you want to go long-term, stress-free.

Learn to observe your thoughts and reflect on them.

Meditate every day.

Do journal.

Practice mindfulness.

Surround yourself with right-minded people.

Have a pet and always remember that your mental peace is more important.

Or do what works for you the best.
