Is happiness a lie?

“Happiness is temporary, and it reoccurs. Truth is something which never changes and that stays real and equal to all but for people, happiness happens in different forms which makes it a lie.”

When is the last time you are so happy? When is the last time you had amazing moments? Is it today? Is it yesterday or last week or last month or last year?

Surprisingly, many don’t remember even these answers. Even if they remember the moment, they don’t remember the time. Many people have happy moments that they can count on with their fingers, and it’s opposite for sad moments. Even people remember sad moments with time, place and every unnecessary detail.

This shows that the minds give more priority to sad moments more than happy moments. You shouldn’t allow your mind to do that. Happiness and sadness are part of life, and of course they balance our lives.

But the priority must be given to happy moments, as it will give you hope. If you give priority to sad moments, it will make you desperate and feel inferior. That’s why you need to give more importance to happiness in life.

Never treat happiness as an option. Treat it as the only way that’s left for you. Then you stay happy longer. Understand and realize that every situation in your life, whether it may be good or bad happens for a good reason. Situations help you change into a better person when you learn well from them. This mindset helps you stay positive and happy all the time.

Different people find happiness in different things and different ways. If a poor person is happy with everyday basics, a rich person is happy with a luxurious life. It all depends on perspective and you can be happy with what you have or what is gifted to you. If you are greedy, you can never be happy, even though you have what is necessary in your life.

You can work hard to get what you want in life. But you need to be thankful for what you have by being happy. Then work on accomplishing what you want, which gives more happiness once you succeed.

Therefore, to stay happy all the time. Do the following:

  • Stay happy all the time with no reason.
  • Be thankful for what you have and work hard to get what you want.
  • Realize all situations help you become a better person.
  • Grow optimism.
  • Ignore negativity and hatred, on and from others.
  • Love yourself a little more every day.

Happiness is a lie who can’t do all the about things. It’s a beautiful truth for people who are already doing as mentioned above and who are ready to experience them. It’s your decision to make happiness a truth or a lie in your life.
