No fear. Just Courage.

“Fear is an illusion that we produce in our brain. This fear dictates most human lives. The decisions we make for our future are also because of fear. We humans gave such great importance to fear in our lives even though we know it’s harmful and useless for us.”

Can you control fear? Is there any day that you lived without fear? Is fear good or bad?

Fear is an evil emotion that our mind produces. Fear makes us feel depressed. It keeps us in worry mode. The good news is you can control it and controlling it very necessary. Most people live their lives with fear. There is no day that was spent without fear. Fear is always with them. Fear is bad as it makes us irritated mentally, which affects our body too.

Fear gives life to negative thoughts in our minds. These thoughts take away your peace and hope. There are several mental disorders that people suffer because of fear.

Most people make decisions in fear. So they fail. You have to make decisions with courage. We suffer different fears. They include:

  • Fear of failure
  • Fear of judgment
  • Fear of risk
  • Fear of criticism
  • Fear of death
  • Fear of suffering
  • Fear of rejection
  • Fear of humiliation

“Most of your fears are based on others. Once you stop caring about others' opinions and judgments, most of your fears die.”

And there are many more. Even new fears are adding up every day.

When you know this fear isn’t real. Why do you care about it? Instead, ignore it. You should stop giving importance to it as it doesn’t help you. Sometimes decisions that are implemented on the spot are taken in fear may work. This way doesn’t work all the time.

Fears make us suffer. You should be courageous to face these fears. Take action and it cures fear in you.

Remember, every fear you experienced, and you are experiencing, is not real. It doesn’t have any form. It is only imaginary, that takes life because of us caring about it. It suicides once you start ignoring it. Once it is dead, you will see the world from a different perspective. You will live your life outside the prison of fears. You will enjoy the freedom that’s real and fulfilling.

You need to break all your fears to grow in life at a fast rate. You need to realize that fear is unreal, and you are experiencing a false emotion. You have to break it.

“Break your fears before they break you.”

Once your fears are dead, your courage comes to life. This courage kills all your mental barriers and builds the right mindset. Such mindset brings you more happiness.

“Be courageous whenever you can and that helps you fix your fears.”

Grow courage in you by breaking your fears. Make a list of your biggest fears and face them instead of running away from them. Do it one by one. Face one fear at a time. Once you get comfortable with your fears, they lose their value.

Be disciplined and courageous to face your fears. Once your fears are dead, a new life will be waiting for you ahead and this is the life you always dreamt of living.
