What is fear, actually?

“Fear causes sadness. Fear is an illusion about upcoming problems that bring you pain.”

Do you know anyone who doesn’t fear? Didn’t you get scared ever in your life?

Of course, every one of us faced this fear in our life. This fear is a hungry animal. The more you feed it, the more it grows and this never stops. The problem is, this animal is invisible and what we can’t see is more powerful and stronger to control.

The most painful effect of this fear is, it kills our valuable dreams and wishes. You can’t stop it as you are the one who fed your fear and gave absolute control.

But the truth is, you can face this fear. For this, you need to realize this fear is an illusion, and it’s not true at all. It’s only a mental feeling that you have absolute control.

The first way to face this fear is so simple: “Face it.” face your fear.

“Fear destroys you and action cures fear. So take action.”

Many people don’t pursue their dreams and goals because of fear of risk or failure. This way they are missing some wonderful opportunities in their lives.

“Fear kills your aspirations.”

We know the ill effects of fear. It makes us fail in several aspects, and it makes us live an unhappy life. Even after knowing, we don’t take action, which is sad.

The second way is to realize the truth. The fear is an illusion. It is only a mental state we have to face. This is only a state where we assume we get a pain or a problem in the future. The future didn’t arrive yet. Still, we give life to our fears.

“Realize that fear is an illusion.”

Make a list of your fears and now arrange the items on your list in a way that your deep and strong fears are on the top list. Face one fear at a time. Once you win over your fear, you will enjoy mental peace and freedom. The experience is so valuable. Nothing in life gives you the happiness that facing your fears give.

Once you deal with your fears, your mind stops feeding your fears, and therefore they die starving. Your dreams come alive by your efforts to convert them into reality.
